Holker’s staff proved they work hard and play hard – as the Burnley-based IT company held a celebratory event for all employees.
Held within the grounds of Holker’s 15,447 sq ft Crown House on the Network 65 Business Park, the IT specialist arranged a pizza van, mobile bar and live entertainment for staff to enjoy as a way of saying thank you to all staff for their hard work.
Matthew Metcalfe, Managing Director of Holker, said: “We’ve had a great year so far and we wanted to take the opportunity to thank staff for all their hard work.
“We were named partner of the Quarter for Q2 by Allied Telesis who funded the open bar, and we invited vendors and partners to celebrate with us.”
The company, which moved into the current location last year, continues to provide the right solution to best suit its customer’s needs.
Matthew added: “Our expertise in the education sector continues to go from strength to strength and our engineers have had an incredibly busy summer installing new infrastructure. Meanwhile, our customer service help desk have been on hand to support our other clients, ensuring that their queries are dealt with efficiently.
“And, to top it all off, our employees have been expanding their knowledge by completing additional sector-specific qualifications to ensure Holker provides the highest quality service to all clients.”
