Data Protection People was an obvious partner for Holker, as they will enhance the current portfolio with specific compliance and legislative services that many clients have been requesting. Holker listened to client feedback, researched the market, and can now provide a full suite of data protection services.
With Holker’s large education client-base, in practice, it means Holker can offer our schools and colleagues a data protection service, from their trusted IT provider. This service can deal with Subject Access Request’s and government educational legislation, such as the new ‘Age-Appropriate design code of practice’ (AADCP) that comes into play in September 2021.
