Senior Projects Engineer Ash Alom has been announced as the latest Employee of the Quarter at Holker IT.
Matthew Phillipson, Head of Service at Holker, oversees the Employee of the Quarter, voted for by the employees.
He said: said: “There were some fantastic nominations – which only confirms what great people we have.
“Ash, as always, has completed some fantastic work, going above and beyond in several areas.”
The team also shared feedback for the wider team to show how much they are appreciated – from promotions, to attitude, relationship building, to people who go above and beyond.
Ash said: I was definitely surprised to be announced as the employee of the month. There’s a great bunch of dedicated staff across all departments at Holker, so it could have been awarded to absolutely anyone. I was pleased to be recognised.”
Ash was presented with a trophy and a prize in recognition of his efforts. The next award will be presented in March.
