In November, Holker teamed up with Allied Telesis and attended the coveted Education Forum.
The two-day event, held at Whittlebury Park in Northampton, brought together education professionals and key industry solution providers.
The format was quite different compared to typical conferences and exhibitions – with one-to-one business meetings, interactive seminars and valuable networking opportunities.
Martin Brelsford, Holker’s Business Development Manager, said: “The event was really well organised and gave us the opportunities to speak with people about their challenges and begin conversations about how Holker may be able to help.
“I think the format worked well. It matched up education specialists facing a problem with companies who can help rather than the traditional format for these larger scale events. It was a great opportunity to speak to people about their individual requirements.”
Martin was joined by Daniel Webb from Allied Telesis – Holker’s partner of choice when it comes to network infrastructure solutions, such as wireless and switching.
Dan said: “It was a pleasure to be invited to join Martin at the Education Forum. Holker are a fantastic partner for Allied Telesis and to support them at this event was a great honour. The event was very well organised and the format encouraged delegates and suppliers to engage in constructive conversations which benefitted everyone.
“I am looking forward to working even more closely with Holker in 2023 and helping to deliver innovative, reliable and cost-effective networking solutions alongside the team.”
Martin will be attending the Society of Heads Annual Conference at Carden Park Hotel, near Chester, on Monday 27th February until Wednesday 1st March 2023.
