Martin on ‘right track’ with Holker!

Holker IT are moving up a gear with another high-profile appointment.

We are delighted to further strengthened our fast-expanding team with the addition of experienced Burnley-born sales expert Martin Brelsford.

Mountain bike enthusiast Martin has 15 years in the IT industry, most recently as a business development manager in Greater Manchester.

“This new role represents real career progression for me,” said Martin. “I know the people at Holker IT – a company very much on the up and didn’t need any convincing about climbing aboard. I am keen that my experience, coupled with a strong portfolio of clients, will prove of great benefit as we look to push on.”

Martin boasts 15 years’ experience in the IT industry working across both distribution and Managed Service Providers. The 34-year-old studied at Burnley College, graduating in 2014 with a CCNA career certification from highly-regarded IT conglomerate Cisco Systems.

Holker IT Managing director Matthew Metcalfe said: “Martin has a wealth of experience in the industry and his role here will be based around new business generation and the development of our key customers. These are exciting times at Holker IT and we are looking forward to welcoming more key staff in the near future.”

Martin, an avid follower of Burnley FC, now lives in Chorley with partner Catherine – a paramedic – and their children.
