Holker’s Technical Director Paul Taylor, enjoyed the sights and sounds of Copenhagen during a conference in Denmark’s capital city.
The IT Nation Share Q4 2022 event saw over 200 IT professionals from across Europe attend the one-day event at the Hotel NH Collection Copenhagen on Wednesday 30 November.
The themes for the event were growth, scalability, and cybersecurity– discussed through a range of seminars, workshops and discussion groups.
IT Nation Share enables attendees to connect, collaborate, and grow with fellow partners. The Share meetings provide smaller, more intimate, and partner-driven setting, giving delegates access to peers, solution partners, and subject matter experts.
Paul said: “The conference was valuable because we discussed how we can help customers proactively and pre-emptively through automation. We agreed that if the customers didn’t even need to contact you with an issue, then that’s the best service we can provide.”
Paul even took the opportunity to visit the Christmas Markets with his fellow delegates before staying for a few additional days.
Paul will now look at whether any of the solutions discussed at the event can be rolled out or developed to support Holker’s customers.
